What is your minimum order quantity?
As little as 10 units! There is no quantity too big or small for Mailer Wizard.
Do you ship worldwide?
YES! We offer FREE worldwide delivery. If you need your product in a hurry, just contact us and we can get a quote for fast shipment.
How long does it take to get my mailers?
We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround time. Your order will be shipped in as little as 5 days from your order placement.
Can you help me upload my logo/design/template?
Absolutely. Feel free to email us at info@mailerwizard.com or head to our ‘request a quote’ section.
Will I receive a proof before my order is produced?
Yes. We email a digital proof for sign off before we go into production. You can make any changes to artwork, colours etc.. at this stage.
Can you print a colour that’s not on the website?
We can! If you can’t find the colour that you are searching for, we can find the Pantone colour to suit your needs. Send us an email at info@mailerwizard.com or include the information in our ‘request a quote’ section.
Why does the printed colour look slightly different from my digital proof?
Because there are variations in screens and browsers, the colour may appear differently on your monitor. At Mailer Wizard we make every effort to display the colours as accurately as possible, but all computer monitors are not created equally! Additionally, the print colour may appear differently depending on the colour of the mailer bag.
Can I order a different size mailer?
Yes. Just include your size in the ‘request a quote’ section and we can produce with minimum order quantities, depending on the size you need.
